Hey there, beautiful souls! It’s Deanna here, and I’m buzzing with excitement to share something incredible with you today. I recently attended a pranic healing class that opened my eyes to the transformative power of raising our vibration. Let me tell you, I never knew it mattered so much!

What’s all this talk about vibration?

First things first, let’s break it down. Everything in the universe, including us, is made of energy vibrating at different frequencies. When we talk about “raising our vibration,” we’re essentially talking about elevating our energy to a higher, more positive frequency. It’s like tuning into a better radio station – one that plays nothing but good vibes!

Why should we care about raising our vibration?

  1. Improved overall well-being: Higher vibrations are associated with feelings of joy, peace, and love. Who doesn’t want more of that?
  2. Enhanced healing: When our energy is vibrating at a higher frequency, it can help accelerate our body’s natural healing processes.
  3. Stronger connections: High-vibe people tend to attract other high-vibe people. It’s like a magnet for awesome relationships!
  4. Increased intuition: As you raise your vibration, you might find yourself more in tune with your inner wisdom and the world around you. With practice, often folks find they become more sensitive to that quiet inner voice.
  5. Greater resilience: Higher vibrations can help us bounce back from life’s challenges with more ease and grace.

So, how can we raise our vibration?

  1. Practice gratitude: Start each day by listing three things you’re thankful for. It’s a simple yet powerful way to shift your energy. Sometimes when things are tough I start with the basics like hot running water and indoor plumbing!!  Who wants to live without those??
  2. Meditate: Even just 5-10 minutes a day can work wonders. Trust me, I’ve experienced the benefits firsthand!
  3. Nourish your body: Opt for high-vibe foods like fresh fruits, veggies, and clean water. Your body (and energy) will thank you. (Some say this can help you become more sensitive to your intuition as well)
  4. Move your body: Exercise, dance, or try some yoga. Physical activity is a fantastic way to get those good vibes flowing.
  5. Spread kindness: Perform random acts of kindness. The joy you bring to others will elevate your own vibration too.
  6. Connect with nature: Spend time outdoors, hug a tree (yes, really!), or tend to some plants. Nature has an amazing way of recharging our energetic batteries. Nature has 3 energy sources, sun, earth and air prana.
  7. Use positive affirmations: Speak kindly to yourself. Replace negative self-talk with uplifting words and watch your energy improve.
  8. Practice energy healing: Techniques like pranic healing, Reiki, or Scalar wave therapy can be powerful tools for raising your vibration.
  9. Surround yourself with positivity: Choose uplifting music, books, and company. Your environment plays a big role in your energetic state.
  10. Breathe consciously: Take deep, mindful breaths throughout the day. It’s an instant way to shift your energy and calm your mind. Try a 6-3-6-3 breathing rythm and see how you feel. Count to 6 to breathe in, 3 to hold, and 6 to breathe out with a 3 count hold.

Remember, raising your vibration isn’t about being perfect or positive all the time. It’s about cultivating awareness and making choices that support your highest good. As someone who has overcome trauma and embraced holistic healing, I can attest to the profound impact of working with our energy.
